Welcome to My Practice
I specialize in working with individuals ages 10 and up. I understand that everyone needs meaningful connections with themselves and others. However, I recognize that some individuals encounter obstacles that hinder these connections. These challenges may arise from ineffective communication skills or negative beliefs about oneself and others, often stemming from traumatic experiences.
I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to overcome these roadblocks. By equipping individuals with new skills and tools, I aim to foster a renewed belief in their worth and ability to feel and function better. My greatest desire is to support and guide my clients with the expertise I have, offering help, comfort, encouragement, and hope on their journey to well-being.
With 14 years of experience as a school counselor and a school-based registered play therapist, I am now a licensed professional counselor and registered play therapist. My extensive training includes play therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
